Foore increases Google reviews for your account while engaging your customers with Automatic review responder. You will be able to see reports for multiple locations on one dashboard, making sure you are always on top of customer issues and experience.

We will guide you through the steps to setup your review autoresponder with Foore and ways to improve your Google reviews.

Connect your Google Account

Visit configurations  and connect your Google account with just a click. After connecting you should see your email and name from connected Google account.

Pair Store with Google Location

Next step is to pair your stores with Google locations. This is required is you have multiple stores  and you need to pair them to multiple Google locations.

If you have one store and One Google Location then pairing will be automatically done and you should see a Google location paired to Store. 
After pairing it will look like following – 

If the pairing is not done, the Google location will  be empty and you will have to pair store with a Google location. To pair click the Google location in front of the store – 

Select the right Google location from the drop down and hit connect.

The pairing will complete and we are almost done with the setup!

Manage your Google review

To verify that pairing is done correctly let’s see the google reviews in the Foore dashboard. Visit Feedback and you should see the Google reviews if everything worked well so far.

You can respond to Google reviews from Foore dashboard, convert to ticket to track issue.

Visit the dashboard to see overview of your NPS and Google ratings. At this point you can respond to all unresponded reviews using Foore thus making sure 100% of the reviews are responded to.

Setup Review Autoresponder

You can set up automatic responses for Google reviews from Foore. Visit configuration and setup specific responses based on review rating.

How to Improve Google rating?

Improving Google rating is a 2 step process-

  1. Ask your happy customers to leave you a review.
  2. Make it easy and seamless for customers to leave the review.

Foore’s Check-in flow allows you to send Google review requests to every customer with just a click. 

Foore’s integrated google review makes it easy for customers to leave a review without the hassle of searching for your listing and clicking the dreaded review button.

The Google review requests are sent from the Check-In work-flow. To set up Google review request from Check-In visit configuration, enable Google review and customize the Feedback SMS.

Send review request

Visit conversation and send a review request by doing Check-In with your phone number.

You will receive SMS with the customized feedback SMS containing the review link. Click the link to see Smart filtering in action.

Check-In customers when they arrive or together at the end of the day. Make sure to check-in everyone thus making sure everyone gets a review requests.

Send review request to multiple customers

Foore allows you to send review requests to multiple customers with just few clicks. Though we strongly recommend sending review requests using Check-In as it provides you better reports on review conversions.

To send multiple review requests customers have to be added to your Foore dashboard. This can be done by uploading contacts using excel sheet.

Go to people and filter the right audience using segments. You can read about using segments here.

Select the customers to send review request and click on Send Review Request.

Select the store you want Google reviews for and hit Send Review Request.

Foore’s workflows allow you to ask every customers for a Google review with just a click. With leaving review as easy as clicking a link, you are sure to get a lot of Google reviews.
