Message sequence allows you to automate a sequence of messages to be sent to customers after a specific number of days. Message sequences can be used to send appointment reminders, tips & tricks, marketing messages, support messages etc.
We will guide you through steps to create messages sequences and schedule messages from check-in.
Create Sequence Message
Let’s start by creating a sequence of 3 messages to be sent after a client takes service at your store.
Visit sequence https://www.app.foore.in/automation/sequence and click on the Create New Sequence button.
Enter the name of the sequence as “Client – Relationship Building”. You can choose any name you want and name can be updated in the future as well.
Click on the created sequence and add your first message by clicking the Add New Message button.
We will add a SMS message that is sent immediately after check in.
In Days after input 0 and add following SMS text to the message

Note: We are adding SMS sequences. Sequences also support Facebook messages.
Continue to add multiple messages to complete the sequence with 3 SMS messages to be sent immediately after check-in, 4 days after check-in and 30 days after check-in.
The completed sequence will look like following-
You can create multiple sequences for different customers, services offered, etc. Following shows sequences created for client relation nurturing, reminders and win-back messages for slipping clients.
Each sequence also shows the messages sent to the customers as well as messages scheduled to be sent.
Sending sequences to customers
Visit Conversation(https://www.app.foore.in/live-chat/recent) to check in a customers and subscribe to message sequences.
Search or Add a customer from the search bar to see the customer detail and Check in Button.
Select the store the customer checked-in to, and select the sequences you want to send to the customer.
